What is the reason for this notice?
Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. ("BRP") is conducting a voluntary safety recall on certain Can-Am Spyder Roadsters of the models below. Our records indicate that you are the owner of a potentially affected vehicle.
What is the potential problem?
A pin securing the brake pedal connecting rod could disengage and eventually fall off.
This could cause a total loss of main brake function without prior warning. This condition may increase the risk of a crash possibly resulting in injury or death.

What should you do?
Contact an authorized BRP Can-Am Spyder Roadster dealer and make an appointment to have the brake pedal connecting rod pins replaced as soon as possible. This work will be performed at no charge to you.
