Lamonster Spyder F3 Project

Aug, 14 2019

By Lamont Bryden

I'm very excited to get my 2015 Can-Am Spyder F3-S in Lamonster Garage and start on the customizing. It had spent the last week at the painter for inspiration and what we started talking about has evolved into something totally different now. The prep of all the body parts will start this month and all the artwork is scheduled to be done in January. The paint is being done by a world renowned painter, Nathan Curry from Curry's Hot Rods Inc. His work is second to none and he's very excited to be involved in this project.

Right now I'm ordering in parts for the build and will be doing a complete tear down so I can have some parts powder coated. After I get the parts back, I'll reassemble and get it ready for some custom billet parts. This is what will set the Lamonster Garage’s F3 apart from all others. Because the Spyder F3 is so much like a motorcycle it lends itself to be customized like a motorcycle. There will be custom pegs and grips for sure and a few other things that will make this ride my own.

After that we'll put it all back together and get it ready for Daytona Bike Week in March of 2015 for and unveiling with BRP. I'm also going to throw in a wedding during that week so I better quit typing and get back to work.

I'll be posting pics to the SPYDERLOVERS forum so you can see the progress of the project.
