The Can-Am On-Farm Demo Program is available through participating authorised Can-Am dealers in Australia and New Zealand.

1. Participation in the On-Farm Demo Program is subject to dealer availability, vehicle availability, and suitability of the requested location.
   
   

2. Submission of a demo request does not guarantee a demonstration. All requests are subject to review and approval by the participating dealer.
   
   

3. The participating dealer reserves the right to determine:
   
   

   • Whether a demonstration can be conducted;

   • The duration of the demonstration period;

   • The vehicle model made available;

   • The demonstration format, including on-farm delivery, dealership-based demonstrations, dealer-hosted demonstration events, or alternative arrangements.

4. Where a requested property is located outside a dealer's normal service area, or where travel distances are considered excessive, the participating dealer may:
   
   

   • Decline the request;

   • Offer an alternative demonstration location;

   • Request that the customer attend a dealership or designated demonstration site;

   • Propose an alternative demonstration format.

5. Demonstration vehicles may be new, demonstrator, or dealer fleet units at the discretion of the participating dealer.
   
   

6. Customers must hold all licences, permits, and permissions required by applicable laws and regulations to operate the demonstration vehicle.
   
   

7. Customers may be required to complete and sign a demonstration agreement, safety briefing acknowledgement, vehicle condition report, and any other documentation requested by the dealer before receiving a demonstration vehicle.
   
   

8. Customers are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealer instructions.
   
   

9. The participating dealer reserves the right to refuse access to, or possession of, a demonstration vehicle where the customer appears to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, prohibited substances, or any medication that may impair their ability to safely operate the vehicle.
   
   

10. The participating dealer reserves the right to refuse, cancel, shorten, or terminate a demonstration at any time where safety, vehicle availability, operational requirements, weather conditions, customer conduct, or other circumstances warrant such action.
    
    

11. Demonstration vehicles must not be used for racing, competition, commercial hire, illegal activities, or any purpose outside the scope of the approved demonstration.
    
    

12. The On-Farm Demo Program may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
    
    

13. Additional terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements may apply and vary by dealership and location.
