This notice is sent to you in accordance with the requirements of the United States Consumer Product Safety Act.
Which items are involved?
Children sweatshirt from age 2 to 12 identified to the brand Ski-Doo and Can-Am, in different models and colors.
What is the potential problem?
The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has determined that hoodies with a drawstring around the neck area pose a strangulation hazard to children. Drawstrings can become entangled or caught on playground slides, hand rails, school bus doors or other moving objects, posing a significant strangulation and/or entanglement hazard to children.

What should you do?
- Immediately remove the drawstring from the sweatshirt hood or neck by pulling on it to eliminate the hazard.
- Alternatively, you can return your sweatshirts to obtain a full reimbursement of the paid price plus applicable taxes.
