Responsible Rider : a BRP Program

Responsible Rider

The Responsible Rider program IS ABOUT BEING AWARE WHEN YOU RIDE AND ALWAYS CONSIDERING SAFETY, ETIQUETTE AND THE ENVIRONMENT, WHETHER YOU’RE ON THE TRAILS, IN THE MOUNTAINS OR ON THE DUNES

Safety

Safety should always be top of mind when you’re riding. That means wearing the right gear, including a helmet at all times, having the proper safety certification, and doing your best to ride with others.

Environment

As riders, it’s our job to look after the places we love to explore. Stay within designated tracks and trails, never pollute, and always respect the symbiotic relationship between riding and nature.

Etiquette

Riding etiquette is crucial in the Can-Am Off-Road community. This means minding your alcohol intake, understanding all trail signs, communicating with other riders through proper language and signals, and assisting them as needed.
