SERVICE QUESTIONS

From the 11th of October 2021 BRP Australia has exit the ATV market. You can still service your ATV at your local dealer. Authorized Can-Am ATV and side-by-side dealers are the best source for service on your Can-Am ATV and side-by-side product. You can use the online dealer locator to find your nearest dealer.

Check your operator’s guide for the manufacturer recommended service intervals. You can also access digital versions of the operator’s guides here.

Your authorized Can-Am ATV and side-by-side dealer is the first line in answering technical questions. If you’ve already contacted your dealer and they were not able to provide a satisfactory response to your question, you can contact Can-Am and we’ll find an answer for you.

Your first step should be to raise your concern to the service manager of your dealership. If you are still not satisfied with any aspect of the service performed on your vehicle, you can then contact Can-Am customer service.

WARRANTY QUESTIONS

Your first step would be to take your product to an authorized Can-Am ATV and side-by-side dealer for diagnosis. The technician can help determine if the repair will be covered under warranty.

Yes, the warranty always follows the vehicle.

Yes, any authorized Can-Am ATV and side-by-side dealer should be able to assist you with factory warranty work.

No, vehicle transportation to and from the dealership is not included and is the owner's responsibility.

If a part failure is not deemed to be caused by a manufacturer defect, it is possible that the repair would not be covered under warranty.

You can send us a proof of purchase or of ownership (such as a bill of sale), the mileage or hours on the vehicle, and your complete mailing address and phone number.

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

You can obtain Can-Am ATV and side-by-side parts and accessories from your dealer, or using our online store. You can access the Can-Am ATV and side-by-side parts catalog here.

Please get in touch with the Parts Department of the dealership where you purchased the part or accessory.

Discuss your concern directly with the parts manager at your dealership. If the concern is still not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us.

PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING QUESTIONS

Your authorized Can-Am ATV and side-by-side dealer will have access to all current promotions and incentives.

PRODUCT RECALLS & SAFETY BULLETINS

Your authorized Can-Am ATV and side-by-side dealer is equipped to verify if there are any outstanding safety bulletins or recall notices applicable to your vehicle using your VIN. There is no charge for this service.
