Clutch Belt

How to change a clutch belt: You’ll need a secondary compression tool, a Torx T30 wrench, a bolt (for the secondary compression tool), a double-sided 13 mm wrench, a flathead screwdriver, gloves and Can-Am pliers. 

Front Axle

How to change a front axle: You’ll need channel locks, needlenose pliers, a flathead screwdriver, a ratchet, a 15 mm end wrench, an 18 mm end wrench, a 16 mm end wrench, a 15 mm socket, an 18 mm socket, a 19 mm socket and a 30 mm socket. 

Battery

How to change a battery: You’ll need a 18 mm socket, a 13 mm socket, a 10 mm socket and a wrench to pair with each socket. 

Brake pads

How to change brake pads: You’ll need a 15 mm socket, a 19 mm socket, a Torx T30 and a screwdriver (optional). 

Wheel bearing

How to change a wheel bearing: You’ll need a 15 mm socket, an 18 mm socket, a 19 mm socket, a 6” extension, 15 mm and 18 mm wrenches, a screwdriver, a rubber hammer, a brass hammer and needlenose pliers. 

Spark plugs

How to change spark plugs: You’ll need a Torx T30 wrench, a 14 mm deep socket, a 6” extension and a 3/8” ratchet wrench to get the spark plugs out. To remove the exhaust out of the way before reaching the spark plugs, you’ll need a 13 mm wrench, a 13 mm socket, a rubber hose and 2 to 3 feet of wire.

How to change spark plugs: You’ll need a 3” extension, a 6” extension, a 16 mm deep socket and a 3/8” ratchet wrench.
