Last Update: February 15th, 2023.
As you know, the last few years has been a time of unprecedented challenges. High demand for our vehicles paired with global shortages of supplies has presented us with production and logistic challenges that may result in delivery delays for your vehicle. As we continue to face difficulties due to the pandemic, including a lack of electronic components, transportation backlogs, and most recently, labor shortages, our CEO José Boisjoli addresses some of the measures we are taking to deliver our customers’ orders despite the challenges.
- We have sourced additional suppliers worldwide and chartered multiple flights to get parts quicker.
- We have increased our manufacturing and storage capacity.
- We have changed production schedules and assembled units with some missing components that we retrofitted ourselves or at the dealers at a later date
- We have managed to expand weekend and night shifts, running some of our facilities 24/7 while several office employees have volunteered time outside of their usual work hours to build products on the assembly line.
Message from our president and CEO
The supply chain situation continues improving, and we appreciate your patience over the last few years as we've worked to get you riding as quickly as possible. We continue to be on track to deliver orders in a timely manner. Please check with your local Can-Am dealer on the status of your specific order. We have a good level of inventory at our dealerships for most products, but please keep in mind that we're experiencing greater demand than what's available on specific models.
We’ll continue to do our best to share new information with you and our dealers as it becomes available. We sincerely appreciate your patience and continued trust in the Can-Am brand.
We will update this page on a bi-weekly basis and will aim to provide you with the most accurate information with regards to our production and further unexpected delays, should they occur.
We know this situation is far from ideal, and our assembly line and our dealers continue to do everything in their power to deliver your Can-Am off-road vehicle as soon as possible.
Thank you for your continued trust.
