Kyle Chaney

Multiple-time UTV off-road champion

Kyle Chaney has been racing Can-Am side-by-side vehicles pretty much since the start. From the Commander in 2011 to multiple wins in the Maverick and now Maverick X3, Chaney has long enjoyed success racing with Can-Am.

With championships in the TORC, GNCC, WEXCR, and MAXC series, there’s little doubt he’ll be racing to victories with Can-Am even as the competition heats up.

FAVORITE PLACE TO RIDE
I don’t necessarily have a favorite place to ride, but anytime, anywhere, any weather that I get to rip my Can-am is epic.

BEST OFF-ROAD STORY
I would have to say in 2011 at the Indy 100 GNCC. i was racing a bone stock commander, it was my 2nd race ever in the SxS and it rained for over 12 hours. My co-pilot Denny and I were putting in good laps, staying out of the bottlenecks and away from the stuck buggies. We had no idea what place we were in, but we came upon a buggy that was on fire. We stopped and helped them put out their fire and we took back off racing. Luckily it was the last lap and they shut scoring down because there was a line of 30 stuck SXSs backed up through scoring. They ended up stopping the race on that lap and we just happened to be the overall leader. We won the race and that was where I landed my factory ride with Can-Am.

PHILOSOPHY ON LIFE
Work hard in silence, let success make the noise.

FAVORITE FOOD
My favorite food has to be a Moscow mule. It’s got a lime in it, that’s food right?

MUSIC TO RIDE TO
My favorite pump up race music is Godsmack!

RACING ACCOMPLISHMENT
Everyday I wake up getting to do what I love for my job. This is my greatest accomplishment.earth.

DREAM RIDING LOCATION
One day I would like to mud ride in Louisiana.

VEHICLE OF CHOICE?

"They make so many bad a** units it’s hard to choose just one.
But if I had to, I would say a Defender DPS HD10 Camo."

MUST-HAVE ACCESSORIES

"For sure the full cab enclosure with heat and a big ol snowplow hanging off the front."
