What will BRP do?

BRP will replace the Drive Belt Lower Idler Support, free of charge. The repair should take less than an hour. Parts will be available starting July 16, 2025.

What should YOU do?

Schedule an appointment immediately with any authorized BRP Can-Am dealer to have this safety recall repair performed on your vehicle. To find a dealer, see the end of this letter.

If you ride before the repair:

● Note that the Drive Belt Lower Idler Support failure will occur early in the life of your vehicle and most likely in the first season of use.

● There is no warning before the failure of the support. Some riders may hear intermittent noise after the support breaks.

● In the case of a loss of drive power, you will maintain steering and braking (including the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS)), but you will not be able to maintain your speed. You will not have all the functionalities of the Vehicle Stability System (VSS).

If you leased this vehicle:

● Send a copy of this letter to the lessee within ten working days after the day you received this letter.

● Do the same with any future letters about this safety recall.
